PWR-net is a line-of-sight product; trees, terrain, and other obstacles may interfere with the signal and create issues.

Before you begin troubleshooting, make sure there is nothing blocking the path between your CPE outside and the tower site from which you receive your PWR-net signal.
Quick Troubleshooting Tips:
Unplug router from electrical outlet for 30 seconds and plug back in.
Restart your computer, TV, or other device in use.
Unplug the CPE power injector from electrical outlet for 30 seconds and plug back in.
* Try reconnecting to the internet after completing each tip (can take up to 15 minutes for the Internet to reconfigure and come back up).
